Our Mission
DockOnly is the first MLS search platform built exclusively for boaters. Every single listing in our database has waterfront access. No landlocked homes. No clutter. Just the properties that matter to you.
We index every waterfront property from the Miami Realtors MLS, extract and normalize the dock data that agents actually enter, and present it in a way that lets a boater know in 10 seconds whether a property works for their boat. That's the DockOnly promise.
